VariCel® VXL
The VariCel VXL is the highest-performing and longest-lasting box filter in the HVAC filter line. This filter was developed to offer the lowest cost of ownership thanks to its unique combination of features. The V-bank design and dual-density fiberglass media provide excellent performance under difficult operating conditions.
BioCel® VXL
The BioCel VXL is the highest-performing HVAC MERV 16 filter for surgical and critical applications and the best choice to meet sustainability and decarbonization goals. It combines near-HEPA level filtration of fine airborne contaminants and small particles with a low total cost of ownership.
MEGApleat® M9
The MEGApleat M9 filter is the longest-lasting and strongest pleated prefilter available. Its service life is 3 to 4 times longer than standard pleated filters. The low initial resistance and high dust-holding capacity help reduce energy use to lower operating costs.
AstroPure™
The AstroPure air purification system offers a portable, plug-and-play solution for improving indoor air quality in healthcare facilities, classrooms and other spaces. Its advanced interface allows control over cleanliness, noise and airflow while the EC motor helps conserve energy.
MEGAcel® II
The MEGAcel II mini-pleat eFRM media HEPA filter is designed to help increase cleanroom uptime and reduce risks associated with pharmaceutical manufacturing. Offers plug-and-play dust collectors for easy setup
AAF offers dry dust collectors with all the necessary elements to ease the process. AIVY Compact is a cartridge dry dust collector for airflows from 600 CFM up to 12,000 CFM. The easy-to-install design helps save time on installation. ArrestAll is a self-cleaning compact bag collector for airflows from 1,000 CFM up to 8,000 CFM. It allows for simple start-up and maintenance with its bag filters mounted on a single cassette for easy change-out.
Provides compact-sized, high-capacity dust collection units
Plants with space restrictions and height limitations need specific dust collection systems to meet their unique requirements. AAF offers the FabriPulse M high-capacity bag dust collector in a compact size. The fixed height is matched with incremental widths to provide options. The bag system has a cassette that allows all bags to be replaced at once. Side-door access simplifies the filter changeout. PulsePak Prime is a dry dust cartridge collector with a small footprint, thanks to its unique vertical arrangement of AAF’s proprietary pleated cartridges.
