The MEGAcel II ePTFE membrane-media filter combines ultra-high efficiency and ultra-low resistance and off-gassing for excellent performance. Durable and lightweight, it is designed specifically for the unique requirements and challenges of the microelectronics manufacturing industry.

  • Lowest initial resistance available in a minipleat panel HEPA/ULPA filter
