Testing & Certification

Testing and certification of cleanroom air filtration systems is a critical process to ensure the highest standards of air quality in controlled environments such as pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, semiconductor cleanrooms and healthcare institutions. Technicians perform each cleanroom test and certification in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). We follow strict Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology (IEST) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) guidelines.   • Fume Hood Testing: Verifies the performance of fume hoods through Airflow Velocity and Smoke Pattern
  • Hydronic Balancing: Regulates and optimizes the flow of water within a hydronic heating or cooling system to ensure uniform distribution of heating or cooling energy throughout the system
  • Airflow Surveys: Measures and analyzes air movement patterns, velocities and quality within a specific environment
  • Stairwell Pressurization Testing: Verifies the functionality of ventilation systems in building stairwells, ensuring they maintain positive pressure during emergencies to prevent the infiltration of smoke and maintain safe egress
  • Sheave Changes / Adjustments: Alters or replaces pulley sheaves in machinery to adjust mechanical functions such as speed, load capacity or the direction of cables or belts
